do something or i will

i realized tonight that wow... i'm really starting to like jazz. we saw the thursday night weekly live jazz show up at rohs street cafe tonight and it was solid. something that shouldn't appeal to me really does about jazz... i guess in technical terms it's very much like an evolution of music, you know? pretty much any instrument can be played without sounding out of place... and it offers lots of room for experimentation and free-form, to the point of encouraging it. it's so not verse-chorus-verse, and i totally love that. it hits such a huge range of emotion too - an artist can play something deeply sad, furious, angry, sweet, light, etc. and still maintain the core feel of a piece.

heh. can you pick which guy is mike estridge in this PVP strip? (i got love, mikey)

so maybe you heard about this event at oak hills high. hmm.
