dirty deeds... and the dunderchief

we're running hard tonight... and it feels so good

cold, grey and early out. it's like william gibson wrote - "the sky was the color of television, tuned to a dead channel." perfect weather for skiing. :)

so i've been taking these vitamins that my friend john gave me - they're about the size of my thumb. they look rather illegal, which adds to their appeal more than anything. remember the horse pills that carl takes in the ATHF episode "Super Squatter"?

(here's where everyone except like two people register blank stares)

ok well, they're like that. i can't really tell if they're doing anything. i feel about the same. i think the problem isn't that i don't get enough nutrients or whatever - i just get way too much other crap along with em. they need to start grinding up these things and putting them in skyline. then it'd rock.
