some tidbits of viewing pleasure:

- teen titans is ADDICTIVE. it's got the dash of humor (usually more than a dash, maybe a pinch) that i wish all cartoons had. justice league has it in very small amounts, for example. but it's cool because titans balances it really well, it's just a fun show to watch. if you dig superhero stuff and you've never watched it, check it out. the subtle mockery of anime that laces it is even better.
- great movie: pieces of april. it's short, but has a great cast and is a really cool statement about family dynamics and relationships. great writing, and okay acting. definitely worth the 80 minutes. and derek luke (antwon fisher) continues to impress, he's awesome as katie holmes' boyfriend.
- okay movie: renee and i watched something's gotta give. all the hype fell just a bit short, it was touching and fun, great script, and of course nicholson was amazing. but it should have ended about 30 minutes before it did. seemed to really stretch at the end. maybe i'll like it a little more when i'm 60. :) keanu was back to being keanu in it, too. he plays a doctor in it. convincing. :)
- clone wars season 2 has started, if you aren't aware. i'm having trouble watching them but hopefully that isn't permanent.
