and we will live again

back from indiana. it was a good few days, cold, they're about as buried in snow as we are, but there are more people with trucks. i did get to visit an amish buffet restaurant, and yes, the amish are tasty. and of course there was bowling, an utter disaster.

realizing that a majority of my weekend was going to be spend with renee's aunts and female cousins and whatnot i picked up a new nintendo DS and mario 64 on saturday. it is without a doubt all it's cracked up to be. the hardware is solid (albeit a little more fisher-price-ish than i was hoping for, nintendo's design team has always been the toy manufacturer vs. the sony guys doing the cool, sleek stuff)... the interface is sweet... and mario is, well, a pretty much exact port of the old n64 one. except the minigames, which all require the touchscreen and are an absolute blast that people kept stealing from me.

so now i can't wait to play it wirelessly... with... uh.. anyone else got one? i know dave felton does... there's one... someone else?
