rollin' down rodeo with a shotgun

this whole working out thing is finally starting to get to the 'make myself go' point that i dreaded. but i'm doing it. i'm doing more intense cardio than i thought i'd ever do and it's starting to work.

i think i forgot to mention this sweet piece of trivia a few weeks ago when i heard it. vh1 was showing their and you don't stop: 30 years of hip hop special, the episode was on the early 90's when hip hop music was becoming more about real life, i.e. growing up on the streets and such, and the artists were letting out more of their real, honest feelings; and the backlash from a lot of places concerning the violent lyrics and controversial material, etc.

so dre was on talking about NWA, and how him and eazy-e were driving around compton shooting paintballs at people and how the cops pulled them over and beat the crap out of them and they drove straight to the studio and wrote F(*@&(# The Police. best part?

dre drove a suzuki samurai. COUNT IT.
