a sentimental observation bout the moon

the party was live on saturday night. i'm sure the noise from the epic Mario Power Tennis war echoed through our wooded menagerie and woke the neighbors in butler county.

got a sweet new tv from my parents & grandparents, and a ridiculous 80-hour tivo + DVD burner combo from renee. you know, for someone who complains about my obsession with gadgets, she certainly constributes to the problem, by managing to get me the single greatest gadget i've ever received. i played with it all night.

because my TV was no longer a few grey pixels on a black background - i was finally able to beat Metroid Prime 2 last night. four frickin final bosses. i'm imagining Prime 3 will involve an hour-long, twelve boss battle. it would be appropriate.

so now my console is open. what shall I do with it? oh, that's right, KOTOR2 is out. heh.

you know what? in a way, it's very appropriate. i just joined the Mercy Healthplex on Sunday. I've committed myself to going four days this week - and I'm actually pretty excited about it. Two days of cardio & weight stuff, two days of swimming. Assuming I can swim a lap. But it will vie for my time along with KOTOR2 - and I must choose between the light and dark sides of the force.

ok i'm done. :)
