ok, i gotta thank my boy robby for getting me into blindside. silence has grown to be one of my favorite screamo cd's. listening to it has the rare effect of dumping gasoline on my heart's fire - no matter what mood i'm in. there are few rock albums that'll appeal to me if i'm in a mellow ben harper/jack johnson/dan haseltine mood.

their new disc About A Burning Fire is more experimental and probably 60% mellower than silence was. strangely enough you can listen to the two together on shuffle and they feel like a single album, they almost balance each other out. neet.
