neurological dryer lint

early morning. took renee out to the DAY, big dayton airport, at 5am. early mc early early. so she's flying out to SFO now. her and angie have a few days of girl junk.

i'm gearing myself up to go. my flight is at 3 or so thursday... friday morning i pick up my rental car, and i'm driving down solo to monterey and hanging out for a day or so, exploring and seeing sights and just relaxing in general, at the urging of pretty much everyone i've talked to that's been out to that area. hopefully it lives up to the hype.

i'm planning on doing some writing when i'm out there, i just don't know what kind or how. but that side of my brain kicks in quick when i'm in environments like that. i even thought about bringing my guitar out there, but it'll get PWNED in flight f'sho.

the gadgetry going along with me is probably enough to bring down the plane. but since i can't stand to be bored or unentertained for like fifteen seconds :) maybe i'll try that new 'book' technology, the ink on paper stacked and bound together thingy. i hear good things. the question is, should i bring the XM out there for the long drive down the coastline to monterey? hmm.

being at the airport today, it seems that they have plenty of built-in functionality for impatient nutjobs like me. quick-ticket-access kiosks and eighty security lines of death. holla at your boy.
