i'm anemic royalty

so i think i'm going to sell bootleg.org. i bought it in '98 or '99 on a whim, thinking i was going to develop and maintain a sweet site. most of the big places that do domain name appraisals cost like $20 a pop to check them... leapfish's free one says it's worth $34k.

here's the thing. i have no idea where to start. do i sell it on ebay? craig's list? what should i ask as an initial price? i want to make this worth my while. i'm going to pull DNS records and shut down mail/web services before i start the process... beyond that i have no idea where to go.
