dirty deeds... and the dunderchief

and now i know who you are

back from saranac. every year is a blast and a different experience, and thtis one was no different. absolutely excellent week. the twelve guys and b.luv and i all really got to know each other well, and a lot of people got to really consider what a relationship with God would be like, and a couple of people decided to give it a shot. pretty sweet stuff. lots of stories, lots of laughs, lots of tubing (greatest thing ever), parasailing, eating good food, talking about stuff... all the stuff that makes yl camp the greatest week of the year. the drive was long (ended up only being 15 hrs), but after florida i feel like i can handle really long trips. rockbridge (7 hrs) feels like nothing anymore. so i have some laundry to do, and i have to go to class tomorrow and then work. and then campaigners - which i'm highly jazzed about, because of how much better i know a lot of the guys now.

ok one funny story about camp real quick. night one i fell asleep, really dazed after a crazy long overnight bus ride with no sleep and then the obstacle course. that must have been what did it to me. i had a dream that someone had broken into our cabin at 2am and i ran up to them at the window and yelled "who are you? what are you doing here? get out of here!" and scared them off. turns out that wasn't a dream, scott coey fell out of bed and i got up and screamed at him, scaring him to death. when i woke up the next morning thinking it was a dream, all the guys were looking at me weird, asking why i had yelled at coey last night. poor guy. moral of the story, don't break into my cabin at camp.

listening to: nickelback - figured you out
