SERENITY! tonight... driven to distraction by the anticipation all day...
ive been away from the gym since last week... lame that i get this dumb back thing right when i start getting fired up about going a lot. so ive been thinking in the last couple days... monday i still couldn't finish an entire Chipotle burrito. i barely got through half. the concept stuck with me... what if i cut in half how much i'm eating at every meal?
since i was little i always ate a lot (drop a whole little ceaser's pizza myself, word) and i just happened to keep the habit up after my metabolism slowed to zero. and i never exercised much as a kid, either, but i didn't need to since i was scrawny up until i hit 18-19.
i started today: 6" at subway instead of the footlong. and i wasn't still hungry afterwards like i thought i would be... so maybe if i try that... maybe it'll help things. we'll see how it goes.
