in case you want to protest your eviction
so making your own barbeque sauce isn't as good as montgomery inn or burbank's... but it's still tasty. simon and brian and i cooked up a couple of varieties last night and they weren't too bad. one even had coke in it, and it was tasty... for all you heretics who think that cheerwine barbeque sauce sucks...
steve and i were out browsing through best buy today. i stared at aisles of games.... something dawned on me...
the concrete is settling.
not only am barely curious about the 360 - i seem to be at the point where the stuff that gaming blogs and sites recommend looks completely uninteresting. the last couple of games i picked up have been 'collectors' ports of classic stuff... in the last few years, actually, i think i've bought two titles that haven't been sequels or remakes to something i'd been playing for years... i find myself more interested in 15 or 20 year old games than anything new.
is this the beginning? pretty soon, i'll stop reading new books... i won't even notice the development of new genres of music... i'll be listening to the same 20 albums for the rest of my life... it's like i can feel it settling in and it's freaky and comforting at the same time.
Sorry chief, I know you a bit too well to believe for a moment that you are going to go through the rest of your life listening to the same 20 albums, reading new books, or stop with a certain genre of music.
Remember when Justin was all about the NiN? Yeah, luckily that phase passed, as will this one.
Dude, I hooked up the good BBQ (the huge batch), and it's really tasty now!
